Registration and Cancellation Procedure

Registration

To complete the registration process, students must fill out the online application form and send it to our email address. The institute will confirm the registration by email.

Deposit Payment

To reserve a place, a deposit of €20 / €40 registration fee, €60 for the course, and €60 for accommodation must be paid.

For a studio apartment and host family accommodation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total price.

Payment Method

The deposit can be paid by credit card, after consulting with our office, or by bank transfer. Bank charges must be paid by the client using the OUR payment method.

The remaining balance is payable at the Institute's office on the first day of the course.

Cancellation / Withdrawal

Cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the start of the course will receive a refund of all amounts paid, except for the €40 / €20 registration fee.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course start date are non-refundable.

If a student leaves the course or accommodation before the end of the booked period, the school is under no obligation to provide any refund.

Spanish Language Levels

A1 and A1+ · Breakthrough

This level provides students with the ability to interact in situations related to their most immediate needs using basic everyday language.

A2 and A2+ · Waystage

Students learn to understand and express themselves in everyday situations directly related to their experiences and immediate environment.

B1 and B1+ · Threshold

This level enables students to cope with most everyday situations, understand simple texts, and express experiences, events, ambitions, and opinions.

B2 · Upper Intermediate

Students can communicate with native speakers with a sufficient degree of fluency and spontaneity, produce clear and detailed texts, and defend their point of view on general topics.

C1 · Effective Operational Proficiency

Students express themselves fluently and accurately, adapting language to academic, professional, and social contexts, while understanding long and complex texts.

C2 · Mastery

This level allows students to interact with native speakers effectively, spontaneously, and precisely in any situation, achieving a natural fluency close to that of a native speaker.
